On Sunday I hosted the very first meet-up + discussion + meditation for my Happy, Healthy, Ease Community. I am so excited to share some details about the creating of this beautful community some photos from the Meet-Up with you today!
I created the Happy, Healthy, Ease Facebook community just over a month ago. Since then I have been totally amazed at how quickly it's grown - I'm totally honoured and so SO grateful to say that the HHE community now has over 265 members with more joining every day. (You can too, just click here! Did I mention it's free?)
I created the community as a way to interact more with my tribe, to get to know them, be able to have conversations with them and to support them in a deeper way. For me, our first meet-up was a confirmation that these women are not only my tribe, they are each other's. (Really, I should have known - I've seen such beautiful friendships form between my Soul Sister Sessions ladies!).
Many of us feel a little alienated when we start our journey into healthy living, wellness and spirituality. I know I did! The HHE community provides a way for like-minded women to connect and form new friendships. In the Meet-Up session we dove into the topic of Self Love and, after an introduction talk by me, the girls had a chance to enjoy deep discussions with each other on their own experiences with Self Love. Many 'aha' moments were had over raw treats and herbal tea as the girls opened up to themselves and each other in the guided discussion. We closed the session with a beautiful and powerful Self Love meditation.
I saw plenty of contact details scrawled in notebooks as I farewelled the ladies after our session and was met with huge smiles from women excited to have had the chance to connect with so many sisters on their wavelength.
I can't wait to hold more Meet-Ups in Perth during the remainder of 2015 - and I'd love to take them on the road at some point as well so if you're not in Perth make sure you join the community so I know where to find you!
If you'd like to come along or you want to be part of out freakin' awesome and inspiring online community, you can join us here.
I'll leave you with some photos from the Meet-Up,
