In Part 2, I'll be chatting about perfectionism and how we can let go of the overly high standards we hold ourselves to. Perfectionism can show up in so many sneaky ways and it acts as a platform for our pesky inner critic or ego to hop onto and tell us that we're not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, thin enough.
Perfectionism is the opposite of being gentle with ourselves - something that is so key to us practicing and strengthening our self love.
(There is also a surprise appearance by my very lovely pup, Alfie!)
