To break it down, here are the steps you can take to stop 'shoulding' all over yourself:
- Take all that should off your plate - the food rules, the morning routine, the having a perfectly clean house. LET IT GO!
- Give yourself the space to tune into your intuition to choose what is most supportive for you in that moment. Get used to asking yourself 'What do I need?', 'What does my body need?', 'What does my soul need?'. Put these questions on a post it or in your phone as reminders you get throughout the day.
When you cultivate this deep trust in your own ability to make choices that will nourish you, (Ie. making choices out of LOVE) everything you do will be supportive. You'll be able to be beautifully healthy and happy while still being flexible and living with ease and flow..
You'll feel amazing, energised, inspired and authentic. And your body and soul will LOVE you for it!
